A program created and developed as an outlet for parents and guardians who enjoy live theatre, but are challenged financially or logistically with planning such an outing. A typical FUNHOUSE at The Playhouse event allows parents and guardians to attend a Saturday matinee performance of a Mainstage production while their accompanying children, ages 5-10, participate in corresponding educational and artistic activities, including exposure to fine art, edible art and interactive performance art that varies thematically by production.
