Dr. Robert C. Ritchie

 

Dr. Ritchie’s is a leading academic on the 17th century American and British maritime history. His 1989 book Captain Kidd and the War against the Pirates examines the “lively history of piracy” and is highly regarded by historians and pirate enthusiasts alike.
