This historic landmark, featuring the original architecture from 1925, is available for rental to the general public. We have several rental spaces to offer for your upcoming event:
Makineni Library
An elegant space overlooking the flagstone patio with original Batchelder fireplace, stunning woodwork and a free-standing bar perfect for serving beverages at your event. The cozy leather furniture and space for fine catered foods adds to the warmth - making this the ideal space for exclusive VIP parties, pre-show gatherings, or as a great background for film shoots. At 766 square feet, it can comfortably hold up to 60 people.
Georgia McClay Friendship Center
An open and multi-purpose space featuring a high ceiling and arched windows. Adjacent to the patio, this room lends itself to business events, workshops, and parties, and comfortably holds up to 50 people at 586 square feet (events featuring more guests frequently flow onto the patio).
The Engemann Family Courtyard
An open-air space with Spanish style architecture. Perfect for outdoor cocktail parties and large receptions associated with Mainstage events. It features an historic fountain, free-standing bar and ambient lighting. As our largest space, it can accommodate up to 400 people, and for most occasions hosts live or amplified music.
Carrie Hamilton Theatre
