Little Players: Fall 2026  | 

Ages 5 – 7

Get ready for a globe-trotting adventure! In this playful Little Players class, young actors will journey alongside Stanley as he’s mailed across the world, meeting new friends and discovering exciting places while learning songs from Flat Stanley the Musical JR.

Through imagination, movement, and music, kids will bring this beloved story to life while learning the basics of performing and working together as a team. With plenty of fun along the way, the class culminates in a cheerful mini performance for family and friends—celebrating creativity, confidence, and the joy of music!

Taylor Wallis (Teaching Artist)

Taylor Wallis is a teaching artist and actor from Dallas, Texas. She graduated with a degree in musical theatre from Millikin University and taught in public schools for 10 years before moving to Los Angeles. Since 2010, Taylor has been teaching and performing professionally, bringing her passion for the arts to life. Excited to work with the community at the historic Pasadena Playhouse, she looks forward to inspiring the next generation of artists.

“What is Your Cancellation Policy?”

  • If participants cancel at least ten (10) days before the start of that class or camp, they may receive a full refund.
  • Participants cancelling between 9 -1 days before the start of class or camp may receive a 50% refund.
  • No refunds for classes cancelled the first day of a class or camp, or anytime after the class or camp has started.
  • Students should have no more than 1 planned absence from their class or camp.
  • Refunds are issued through the Registrar (626-344-8979). When cancelling a class, please also email education@pasadenaplayhouse.org with your student’s name, the name of the class/camp you are cancelling, and the start date of the class.

“When is Drop Off and Pick Up?”

  • We allow for a 15 minute drop-off window before class starts at 3:30pm. Before 3:15pm, we cannot be responsible for supervising your student. Pick up is promptly at 4:15pm.

“Is there a final performance?”

  • On the last day of class, there will be a small presentation in Carrie Hamilton Black Box Theatre at Pasadena Playhouse for parents and guardians to watch and see what students have learned.
