Step into the spotlight and discover the joy of acting! This playful class introduces young performers to the fundamentals of theater through high-energy theater games, improvisation, physical theater, and creative storytelling. Students will develop memorable characters, build confidence, strengthen ensemble skills, and learn to trust their imaginations while collaborating with fellow performers in a supportive and inclusive environment. Whether they’re brand new to the stage or eager to strengthen their chops, this class celebrates creativity, curiosity, and the excitement of bringing stories to life through performance.

Scholarship Application 

Dates: Mondays, Sep 14 – Nov 2

Times: 4:00 PM – 5:30 PM

TUITION: $300

“What is Your Cancellation Policy?”

  • If participants cancel at least ten (10) days before the start of that class or camp, they may receive a full refund.
  • Participants cancelling between 9 -1 days before the start of class or camp may receive a 50% refund.
  • No refunds for classes cancelled the first day of a class or camp, or anytime after the class or camp has started.
  • Students should have no more than 1 planned absence from their class or camp.
  • Refunds are issued through the Registrar (626-344-8979). When cancelling a class, please also email education@pasadenaplayhouse.org with your student’s name, the name of the class/camp you are cancelling, and the start date of the class.

  • We allow for a 15 minute drop-off window before class starts. We cannot be responsible for supervising your student before then. Pick up is promptly when class ends.
