Little Players: Spring 2026  | 

Ages 5 – 7

Get ready for a wild adventure! In this playful Little Players class, young actors will journey into the jungle to meet Mowgli, Baloo, Bagheera, and all their animal friends while learning songs from Disney’s The Jungle Book KIDS. Through imagination, movement, and music, kids will bring this classic story to life while learning the basics of performing and working together as a team. With plenty of fun along the way, the class culminates in a cheerful mini performance for family and friends—celebrating creativity, confidence, and the joy of song and dance!

Taylor Wallis (Teaching Artist)

Taylor Wallis is a teaching artist and actor from Dallas, Texas. She graduated with a degree in musical theatre from Millikin University and taught in public schools for 10 years before moving to Los Angeles. Since 2010, Taylor has been teaching and performing professionally, bringing her passion for the arts to life. Excited to work with the community at the historic Pasadena Playhouse, she looks forward to inspiring the next generation of artists.

Grace Lord (Teaching Assistant)

Grace Lord (she/her) is a Los Angeles based actor and teaching artist with a passion for storytelling and arts education. She received her training in New York City at Pace University, where she had the privilege of working with acclaimed mentors including Tony Award winners Sam Pinkleton and Judith Ivey, and Emmy Award winner Andre Braugher. Her performance credits include Wheels on the Bus and the Grumpy Monkey Workshop (Pasadena Playhouse), Love Life: Pre-Production (New York City Center), and Ranked, A Musical (SXSW EDU). In addition to her work on stage, Grace is passionate about nurturing creativity in young artists. She is honored to be part of the Pasadena Playhouse education team, where she helps foster growth and confidence through the power of theatre.

“What is Your Cancellation Policy?”

  • If participants cancel at least ten (10) days before the start of that class or camp, they may receive a full refund.
  • Participants cancelling between 9 -1 days before the start of class or camp may receive a 50% refund.
  • No refunds for classes cancelled the first day of a class or camp, or anytime after the class or camp has started.
  • Students should have no more than 1 planned absence from their class or camp.
  • Refunds are issued through the Registrar (626-344-8979). When cancelling a class, please also email education@pasadenaplayhouse.org with your student’s name, the name of the class/camp you are cancelling, and the start date of the class.

“When is Drop Off and Pick Up?”

  • We allow for a 15 minute drop-off window before class starts at 3:30pm. Before 3:15pm, we cannot be responsible for supervising your student. Pick up is promptly at 4:15pm.

“Is there a final performance?”

  • On the last day of class, there will be a small presentation in Carrie Hamilton Black Box Theatre at Pasadena Playhouse for parents and guardians to watch and see what students have learned.
